Tavsif

  • Guide leaders, managers, and colleagues on colleague relations matters.
  • Help develop and manage colleague relations strategies, policies, processes, programs, and initiatives.
  • Resolve colleague relations cases and track emerging trends.
  • Plan and lead high-risk, complex investigations.
  • Address sensitive and complex complaints from internal and external parties.
  • Coach managers and colleagues on performance and disciplinary matters.
  • Investigate formal colleague complaints and oversee resolution processes.
  • Manage fitness-for-duty, diversion, and reasonable accommodation cases.
  • Work with HR, Legal Services, Risk Management, Integrity and Compliance, and regulators to identify and reduce organizational risk.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess colleague relations programs and identify actions.
  • Create and communicate remediation plans.
  • Record investigation findings and outcomes, and provide objective recommendations to management.
  • Support large, complex investigations and promote consistent policy application under the Just Culture framework.
  • Help develop and manage diversion and fitness-for-duty protocols, including impairment-for-cause testing and physical capacity evaluations.
  • Help shape organization-wide responses to colleague relations issues.
  • Support merger, divestiture, and acquisition activities.
  • Deliver training on Just Culture and employment law.
  • Promote fair, consistent workplace practices and stay current on relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field, plus at least five years of relevant experience; equivalent education and experience combinations are also accepted.
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations, and requirements governing HR and colleague relations.
  • Knowledge of colleague dispute resolution and ways to foster a positive workplace for colleagues.
  • Advanced knowledge of employment law and its application in operational settings.
  • Analytical, interpretive, evaluative, and constructive thinking skills.
  • Strong logical and deductive reasoning skills.
  • Ability to gather and synthesize information from varied sources.
  • Ability to support change management and process improvement.
  • Ability to identify and implement innovative ways to deliver programs and services efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrated written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Customer-service orientation and ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and personal and professional growth.
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and delegate multiple tasks and projects.
  • Ability to protect sensitive information and data with strict confidentiality.

  • Able to travel to Trinity Health sites as needed, up to 10% of the time.
  • Must follow Trinity Health policies and procedures.
  • A master’s degree and prior healthcare experience are preferred.
