Tavsif

  • Handle designated calls from Claro customers
  • Deliver customer support and provide effective solutions
  • Work remotely on a full-time schedule
  • Follow either a 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. shift
  • Work with rotating days off

  • Be at least 18 years old; this is an essential requirement
  • Have completed secondary education
  • Have formal or informal customer service experience
