Remote Administrative Coordinator – Customer Evaluations, Canada

Coordinate equipment logistics, customer records, reporting, and internal workflows for Blackline Safety’s connected-safety technology evaluations. Support Sales and technical teams in delivering accurate, well-organized customer evaluation processes.

Tavsif

  • Coordinate and track shipments for evaluation equipment, including delivery and return timelines
  • Create and update customer organizations in internal systems, keeping account information accurate
  • Work with SOC to establish customer organizations and complete required administrative and technical steps
  • Support Sales and technical teams with administrative and operational tasks during customer evaluations
  • Prepare evaluation closeout reports covering activities, outcomes, customer needs, equipment status, and next steps
  • Create clear handover documentation for CIC
  • Remove devices from customer organizations and transfer them to the designated holding organization for deactivation
  • Monitor evaluation equipment, update tracking records, and reconcile returned devices
  • Assist Sales with the administrative and operational coordination of customer evaluations
  • Work with Sales, SOC, CIC, and other internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience

Talablar

  • At least one year of customer service experience in retail or a comparable customer-facing setting
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience coordinating logistics, shipping, inventory, or equipment tracking
  • Ability to learn and use technical systems, databases, and customer management platforms
  • Strong administrative and documentation abilities, including accurate recordkeeping and customer-facing reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, Operations, and other internal stakeholders
  • Customer-oriented approach with effective problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently across multiple customer evaluations and deadlines
  • Experience with CRM, asset management, or customer management platforms is an asset
  • Familiarity with connected devices, hardware evaluations, SaaS, telecommunications, industrial technology, or IoT solutions is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
