Management Accountant – Toyota Financial Services (Hybrid)
Support Toyota Financial Services with month-end reporting, budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis. Provide insight to senior stakeholders and help guide informed business decisions.
Tavsif
- Own the month-end reporting cycle
- Submit monthly General Ledger figures and Key Performance Indicators accurately and on time through Hyperion Essbase
- Deliver monthly financial information for senior managers, including budget and forecast variance analysis, new business written, margin calculations, and current provision levels
- Promote effective and consistent cost-management practices
- Oversee monthly Cost Centre reporting and investigate variances
- Help budget holders monitor and control overhead spending, including project-related costs
- Calculate the Residual Value provision
- Complete external reporting obligations, including submissions to the Finance and Leasing Association and National Statistics
- Recommend process and procedure improvements, including reporting enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to ad hoc projects as required
- Support or deputise for the Senior Manager, Management Accounting
- Oversee company overheads
- Coach the direct report through regular meetings to strengthen team performance
Talablar
- Demonstrated management accounting experience covering month-end reporting, an asset base exceeding £500 million, reporting to overseas parent companies, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong commercial awareness
- Experience partnering with the business
- Strong cost-control capability
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting information
- Effective time-management and organisational skills
