Tavsif

  • Understand JELD-WEN customers and their business needs
  • Manage customer situations with a focus on resolving issues during the first contact
  • Research and develop solutions with manufacturing, operations, product management, logistics, and sales teams
  • Process orders and quotes, including revisions, in line with departmental guidelines
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer questions and concerns
  • Review and audit orders and quotes for accuracy
  • Escalate non-routine matters and communicate service concerns to department leadership
  • Keep management informed about customer developments and issues
  • Coordinate work with colleagues, internal partners, and management
  • Use data systems to conduct contact follow-up
  • Work with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to resolve customer issues
  • Support sales by building and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Develop knowledge of products, operations, websites, and literature through JELD-WEN-supported tools
  • Explain product details and specifications to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Resolve catalog and pricing issues or escalate them when necessary
  • Help department leadership implement process improvements
  • Handle other assigned responsibilities

Talablar

  • High school diploma
  • Four to six years of customer service experience in a professional business environment
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to learn new software, systems, and processes quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication abilities
  • Ability to serve as the primary customer contact and maintain relationships for repeat orders
  • Self-motivated, confident, positive, and professional approach with internal and external customers
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
