Tavsif

  • Review and curate Hindi written and audio content using SOPs, checklists, and client guidelines
  • Process assigned queues accurately, consistently, and on schedule
  • Check content and metadata for completeness, consistency, and basic accuracy
  • Make routine corrections permitted by established guidelines
  • Record content issues, defects, and bugs in internal tools using required templates and ticketing practices
  • Escalate ambiguous, high-impact, or out-of-policy cases to the Team Lead or SME with supporting context and evidence
  • Manage assigned queues against throughput targets and turnaround-time or SLA requirements
  • Comply with information-security, confidentiality, and secure-work-environment standards
  • Sustain accuracy and focus across repetitive, high-volume work
  • Attend team meetings, calibration sessions, and required training
  • Apply feedback to strengthen accuracy and consistency
