Dealer Success Manager Coach - Chicago Onsite
Capital One seeks a Dealer Success Manager Coach to lead, train, and develop Dealer Success Managers across a multi-city auto sales territory. This onsite role focuses on team performance, coaching, compliance, and collaboration with regional sales and dealer partners.
Tavsif
- Lead and coach Dealer Success Managers directly
- Provide mentorship, establish goals, conduct performance reviews, and support career growth
- Own team performance, productivity, and professional development outcomes
- Deliver initial training, coaching, and oversight throughout the new-hire training program
- Promote continued development through ongoing education forums
- Clarify and reinforce compliance with policies and procedures
- Communicate clearly across the organization, including with senior leadership
- Partner with the Regional President, Regional Sales Manager, Regional Relationship Manager, and broader POD teams
- Work directly with outside sales partners and dealer customers
- Travel as needed, potentially up to 50%
Talablar
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least three years of experience in staff management and training
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Experience delivering effective feedback, identifying potential, and building high-performing teams
- Ability to lead teams through change and motivate associates
- Experience with performance management processes
- Strong judgment in identifying, acquiring, and retaining talent
- Proven ability to assess strategy, set a vision, and drive continuous improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to meet short- and long-term goals while managing multiple concurrent projects and programs
- Ability to travel as needed, potentially up to 50%
