Opis

  • Work with North America Sales Engineering to recruit people who will shape Samsara’s product and company.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate teams.
  • Build sourcing plans using referrals, research, events, social media, and creative outreach.
  • Engage passive candidates and showcase the Samsara employee experience.
  • Manage multiple roles and candidates during high-volume periods.
  • Provide a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand team objectives.
  • Coordinate and lead interview debriefs.
  • Manage offer approvals, extensions, and negotiations.
  • Create strategies to close candidates.
  • Review recruiting data and turn it into useful insights.
  • Adapt written and verbal communication to different audiences.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, spot process friction, and lead efforts to address it.
  • Develop sourcing approaches and marketing programs that reach diverse candidates.
  • Guide teams on structured and inclusive interviews and objective feedback.
  • Monitor pipeline data and share updates with hiring managers.
  • Keep records accurate in Greenhouse and other recruiting systems.
  • Promote Samsara’s cultural principles as the company expands globally and opens new offices.

Zahteve

  • Bring at least five years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced setting.
  • Create, measure, and scale workflows connecting candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams.
  • Demonstrate strong strategic sourcing skills.
  • Collaborate as a team player with a talent for connecting people to opportunities.
  • Represent Samsara professionally with internal and external audiences.
  • Be target-focused, detail-oriented, approachable, and supportive of others.
  • Bring prior technology-sector experience; this is preferred.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have experience with Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system.
  • Hold a BA/BS degree or have equivalent work experience.
  • Secure and maintain the legal right to work for the company and in the specified location, where applicable.
