Opis

  • Plan and send email and SMS campaigns promoting facility bookings, pickup games, registration, and offers.
  • Segment audiences by location, sport, interests, booking history, and engagement.
  • Build and refine welcome, lead follow-up, abandoned booking, reminder, repeat booking, and win-back journeys.
  • Write clear English copy and adapt brand assets for mobile-friendly emails.
  • Check audiences, dates, time zones, prices, links, personalization, and suppression rules before launch.
  • Monitor delivery failures, bounces, complaints, and opt-outs; maintain consent records and healthy contact lists.
  • Test messaging, timing, offers, and customer journeys; report on enquiries, bookings, repeat participation, revenue, and engagement.
  • Keep facility availability, dates, time slots, capacity, and approved prices accurate.
  • Handle sports space enquiries, recommend available options, prepare approved quotes, and follow bookings through payment confirmation.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, record customer commitments, and pursue renewals and repeat bookings.
  • Confirm availability and exceptions with operations before making commitments; escalate issues beyond your authority.
  • Create and maintain pickup game listings with location, time, capacity, pricing, and player instructions.
  • Track registrations and capacity, using targeted outreach to fill open places.
  • Coordinate with local hosts and venue contacts.
  • Answer player questions, manage waitlists, and communicate approved changes.
  • Flag games with low enrolment, host shortages, or venue problems; escalate cancellation, refund, and safety decisions.
  • Track attendance, feedback, and repeat participation to improve future games.

Zahteve

  • Practical experience creating email campaigns and automations.
  • Hands-on experience with SMS marketing.
  • Strong written and spoken English for conversations with North American customers.
  • Confidence following up with leads, explaining offers, and asking customers to book.
  • Careful attention to schedules, prices, customer records, and competing deadlines.
  • Experience using a CRM and email or SMS platform such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
  • Comfort using spreadsheets and reports to assess conversion, bookings, and campaign performance.
  • Reliable communicator who takes ownership of next steps until issues are resolved.
  • Availability for evening and weekend work on Toronto/Eastern time.
  • Experience in sports, venue bookings, inside sales, event coordination, customer service, or ecommerce retention is helpful.
  • Completion of the Culture Index survey.
  • Completion of the Criteria GAME assessment in English.
