  • Record, prioritize and resolve first-line support requests.
  • Reset passwords and administer user accounts.
  • Configure and troubleshoot laptops, email and software.
  • Escalate complex problems with clear documentation.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date knowledge base articles.
  • Diagnose staff technology problems, resolving them or escalating as needed.
  • Track support tickets through to resolution.
  • Collaborate with a UK-based team using modern cloud tools.

Zahteve

  • Background in an IT helpdesk or technical support position.
  • Experience using a ticketing platform such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows.
  • Strong written English and the ability to explain solutions clearly.
  • A dependable laptop and stable fibre internet connection.
  • CompTIA A+ or an equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Experience administering Google Workspace is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with remote assistance software such as TeamViewer is an advantage.
  • Must be based in South Africa and work remotely from there.
