Remote Corporate Compliance Administrator

Administer compliance programs across AKI and its subsidiaries, supporting CMMI, ISO, SBA, and federal contracting requirements. Maintain compliance calendars, audit documentation, and regulatory reporting.

Opis

  • Create and manage a central compliance calendar for AKI and its subsidiaries.
  • Track regulatory deadlines, annual reports, certifications, registrations, renewals, audits, and recurring compliance tasks.
  • Maintain compliance records and files for each subsidiary.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources, Contracts, Accounting, Operations, and executive leaders to gather required information and documentation.
  • Monitor deadlines, communicate required actions, and follow up with responsible staff.
  • Maintain compliance logs, action registers, status reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
  • Flag missing documents, overdue requirements, and potential compliance issues to the COO or relevant leaders.
  • Prepare routine compliance updates, reports, summaries, and presentations for the COO and stakeholders.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and share relevant updates with leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Help administer and maintain CMMI and ISO compliance programs.
  • Maintain process documentation, procedures, policies, work instructions, and supporting records.
  • Coordinate preparations for internal assessments, external appraisals, certification audits, and surveillance audits.
  • Track audit findings, improvement initiatives, corrective actions, and follow-up work.
  • Help collect and maintain objective evidence of compliance.
  • Support employee awareness, training coordination, and readiness for assessments and audits.
  • Support SBA 8(a) Business Development Program requirements, including annual reviews, submissions, certifications, and records.
  • Maintain records of ANC ownership, subsidiary structures, and government contracting eligibility.
  • Help manage entity registrations, representations, and certifications in SAM.gov and other government systems.
  • Coordinate with Contracts and subject matter experts on administrative compliance with FAR, DFARS, and government contracting requirements.
  • Provide documentation for government reviews, audits, and compliance inquiries.
  • Create and maintain a central library of compliance documents and evidence.
  • Organize compliance evidence by entity, program, reporting period, and requirement.
  • Track document versions, approvals, review dates, and retention.
  • Coordinate the collection and validation of compliance documents and follow up on outstanding evidence requests.
  • Keep records audit-ready and document completed compliance activities accurately.
  • Maintain repositories of approved corporate policies, procedures, and compliance documents.
  • Coordinate reviews and updates to policies and procedures.
  • Track compliance training, acknowledgments, certifications, and related records.
  • Coordinate follow-up on audit findings, corrective action plans, and internal compliance reviews.
  • Support continuous improvement through organized tracking, documentation, and administrative follow-through.
  • Perform other related administrative and compliance support duties as assigned.

Zahteve

  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, compliance, quality management, or a related field is preferred; relevant equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Two to four years of experience in compliance administration, government contracting administration, quality management support, document control, or a related administrative role.
  • Ability to maintain detailed tracking systems, compliance calendars, records, and documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across departments and management levels.
  • Accuracy, discretion, professionalism, and close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently within established procedures and follow through on assigned responsibilities.
  • Preferred: Experience with a federal government contractor.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with SBA 8(a) Business Development Program requirements.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Alaska Native Corporations or other SBA-recognized entity-owned businesses.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting CMMI appraisals or ISO certification audits.
  • Preferred: General knowledge of FAR, DFARS, SAM.gov, and government contractor compliance requirements.
  • Preferred: Experience maintaining compliance evidence libraries, managing documents, tracking corrective actions, or preparing for audits.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting compliance across multiple legal entities or subsidiaries.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with quality management systems and process improvement documentation.
