Opis

  • Manage the Product Delivery P&L, converting revenue, margin, and utilization goals into staffing, pricing, and capacity decisions.
  • Plan demand and capacity in advance of committed work.
  • Protect margins and address delivery risks involving estimates, staffing, quality, and execution.
  • Match each engagement with the right skills, experience, seniority, architecture support, and capacity.
  • Lead the team, oversee performance, and support talent development and retention.
  • Keep delivery teams accountable to integrated project plans.
  • Resolve risks early to prevent delays and escalations.
  • Coordinate with Delivery Management on portfolio health and recovery plans.
  • Maintain estimation models and quality review gates.
  • Develop reusable delivery tools and share recurring implementation issues with Product and Engineering.
  • Partner with Sales on complex, strategic opportunities, including requirements, risks, expertise, and delivery commitments.

Zahteve

  • At least 15 years of experience delivering technology solutions to clients.
  • Five to eight years in a senior leadership position at a SaaS or enterprise software company.
  • Experience leading a professional services delivery organization and managing managers.
  • A record of hiring, developing, and retaining talent, and addressing underperformance directly.
  • Experience owning a services P&L or product-line financials.
  • Fluency in margin, utilization, revenue forecasting, and revenue recognition.
  • Experience creating estimation models and effort baselines.
  • Experience setting delivery quality standards, review gates, and reusable accelerators.
  • Experience recovering at-risk engagements with clients and internal teams.
  • Commercial expertise in services scoping, pricing, and statement of work preparation.
  • Experience serving professional firms in highly regulated industries.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise SaaS implementations, including configuration, integrations, and data migration.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client and prospect meetings.
