Working Student Customer Service – Hamburg Hybrid
Part-time customer service role at HEIMPLANET, supporting customers with outdoor products and orders. The position also covers tent servicing, minor repairs, rental preparation, and store assistance.
Descriere
- Act as the primary B2C contact for product, availability, feature, and order questions
- Develop practical solutions and track customer requests through resolution
- Complete minor tent repairs, including strut and tube replacements
- Arrange additional steps required in the service process
- Prepare pre-owned tents and backpacks for resale
- Inspect, clean, and ready rental and demonstration tents
- Provide ambassadors with the required equipment
- Log warranty and service cases and maintain accurate system records
- Assist with administrative and organizational work across the office and store
