Descriere

  • Lead end-to-end technical hiring across engineering, product, design, and related functions.
  • Define role requirements, calibrate hiring standards, and present well-matched candidate slates.
  • Research talent across developer tools, infrastructure, and security companies.
  • Develop active and passive pipelines through outreach, referrals, and open source communities.
  • Manage a fast, thorough interview process.
  • Prepare and negotiate offers while guiding candidates through closing.
  • Monitor recruiting funnel metrics to surface issues and improve processes.
  • Apply and develop AI tools for sourcing, outreach, and screening.
  • Develop recruitment marketing and nurture campaigns that communicate Infisical’s story to prospective engineers.
  • Partner closely with the CTO and engineering team leads.

Cerințe

  • At least 3 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startups.
  • Demonstrated success hiring in niche, competitive technical markets through personally sourced outreach.
  • Strong technical fluency, including the ability to discuss infrastructure, distributed systems, and developer tooling with engineers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with clear, persuasive written and verbal communication.
  • Action-oriented judgment, with the ability to decide amid uncertainty, iterate quickly, and take calculated risks.
  • Experience using Ashby.
  • Located in the United States or Canada.
  • Preferred: recruiting experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or security companies.
  • Preferred: experience as an early recruiter who built recruiting processes and systems from the ground up.
  • Preferred: hands-on coding experience or experience building AI tools for recruiting workflows.
  • Preferred: familiarity with open source communities and developer-led hiring channels.
  • Preferred: prior founder or startup experience.
