Descriere

  • Represent Argos99, Fenix24’s SaaS resilience platform, as its strategic client-facing technical expert
  • Guide technical and executive stakeholders through Argos99’s capabilities, benefits, and business value
  • Assess clients’ infrastructure, network architecture, physical locations, and cloud environments through structured technical discovery
  • Turn discovery results into Argos99 deployment plans and work with Implementation to confirm scope and feasibility
  • Analyze Argos99 findings and translate them into sales opportunities for Managed Backup, Managed Identity, and related managed security services
  • Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery to closing
  • Deliver product demonstrations, design proof-of-concept engagements, and prepare responses to RFPs and RFIs
  • Help prospective customers evaluate return on investment, solution fit, and implementation practicality
  • Resolve technical, security, integration, and architectural questions during customer evaluations
  • Share customer and market insights with Product and Engineering to help shape the Argos roadmap
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, competitive battlecards, and enablement content
  • Determine where Argos99’s integrated software and services model delivers the greatest value across accounts and territories
  • Handle additional responsibilities as needed

Cerințe

  • Bring 8–12 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or pre-sales architecture, preferably with SaaS or B2B software
  • Demonstrate credibility as a trusted technical advisor to both executive and technical audiences
  • Independently lead technical discovery and define infrastructure scope across sites, networks, and cloud environments
  • Convert technical or assessment data into clear business narratives and specific recommended next steps
  • Propose solution scope or sizing that can be reviewed and approved by implementation or delivery teams
  • Communicate technical concepts as clear business value and demonstrate strong executive presence
  • Have experience leading discovery sessions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements in a sales environment
  • Bring strong presentation, communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, and leadership abilities
  • Work effectively with quota-carrying sales representatives in a collaborative team-selling model
  • Apply strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Build relationships across organizational levels while representing Fenix24’s culture and values
  • Preferred: experience with backup and disaster recovery, data-resilience SaaS, cyber asset discovery, attack-surface management, MSP/MSSP services, or incident-response consulting
  • Preferred: experience with hybrid commercial models, cloud platforms, APIs, data pipelines, enterprise security or procurement questionnaires, new product launches, or recovery and resiliency programs
