Remote Healthcare Business Analyst, Order-to-Cash
Support TridentCare’s healthcare operations by analyzing order-to-cash processes, improving business systems, and coordinating work across teams.
Descriere
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Warehouse teams to support daily operations.
- Identify process improvements and help implement changes that create business value.
- Gather business requirements, assess needs, and prepare functional specifications.
- Connect development teams with internal and external customers and end users.
- Document requirements in specifications, statements of work, project plans, and related materials.
- Coordinate testing with developers, quality assurance teams, and users to verify functionality and acceptance.
- Prepare business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements documents (FRDs), and other analysis materials.
- Turn business needs into functional specifications for system improvements and workflow changes.
- Map current and future processes, data flows, and system interactions.
- Maintain documentation for business processes, system configurations, and training.
- Investigate user issues and escalate them when needed.
- Support planning, delivery, and closeout of organizational projects.
- Analyze data to find trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve performance.
- Help ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards, particularly in healthcare.
- Support business systems directly, with a focus on order processing and customer fulfillment.
- Assist with system configuration updates and related operational work.
- Help business teams with system testing and validation.
- Create and maintain operational reports and dashboards.

Cerințe
- Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes, including order management, billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Familiarity with healthcare applications, SQL, and project management methods.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work with technical teams and business users.
- Careful attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Able to analyze complex problems, find root causes, and develop practical solutions.

- At least three years of business analyst experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
- Three years of experience with healthcare order-to-cash processes and applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile project management methods.
- Experience using ServiceNow Agile, Jira, and Excel.
