Life Sciences Engagement Manager (Remote, UK)
Lead enterprise life sciences customer programs for Domino Data Lab’s AI and data science platform. Oversee implementation, adoption, governance, and account expansion from contract signing through renewal.
Descriere
- Lead customer programs from contract signing through expansion.
- Manage programs with clear ownership, milestones, and operating rhythms.
- Work with account teams to scope engagements for effective delivery.
- Lead Forward Deployed Engineers and Integration & Architecture teams on customer engagements.
- Assign delivery capacity and track milestones, stakeholder communications, and account health.
- Build strong relationships with C-suite sponsors and data scientists.
- Connect Domino’s AI capabilities to customer leadership priorities in solution discussions.
- Guide rollout, training, and change management to support adoption.
- Identify and qualify new use cases and expansion opportunities with customer success and sales.
- Turn customer insights into product feedback, escalations, and commercial signals.
Cerințe
- 4–8 years in an enterprise customer-facing role such as implementation, consulting, technical program management, or product.
- Life sciences experience is a strong advantage.
- Can translate customer requests into suitable solutions and challenge the original scope when needed.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and loosely defined problems.
- Able to turn unstructured executive discussions into actionable plans.
- Understands how enterprise data science teams build, scale, and govern models.
- Has owned delivery across complete project cycles, beyond coordination alone.
- Technically fluent in software architecture, predictive modeling, and agentic systems.
- Can work hands-on with technical tasks and learn new domains quickly.
- Takes a solutions-focused approach and escalates issues with recommendations.
- Uses AI to improve speed and quality of work.
