Descriere

  • Coordinate with Renewal and Account Managers to align support with customer needs.
  • Advise customers on adopting Meltwater solutions.
  • Equip clients with resources that encourage advocacy and strengthen billing relationships.
  • Learn each customer’s organizational context and goals, then tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Engage customers ahead of renewals to support retention and reduce risk.
  • Take ownership of gross account retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Increase client engagement and product adoption.
  • Lead onboarding and training for new customers.
  • Collect customer feedback through executive business reviews.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and share them with Account Managers.

Cerințe

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
  • At least two years of hands-on account management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-focused approach centered on customer satisfaction.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs and opportunities.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of hire.
