- Manage the branch cash pool’s daily balance.
- Handle cash desk transactions independently, including deposits, withdrawals, foreign currency, precious metals, cash orders, and transfers.
- Assist customers as a first point of contact and respond to a range of needs.
- Help customers complete transactions, access services, and take care of administrative tasks.
- Direct customers to self-service terminals and other service channels.
- Explain online and mobile banking, introduce customers to digital services, and encourage their use.
- Schedule customer appointments and refer customers to advisors to support branch performance.
- Keep customer contact details accurate.
Cerințe
- Completed vocational training is preferred, such as training in commerce, customer service, or banking.
- Bank clerk training is an advantage but is not required.
