Descriere

  • Set the company’s growth strategy to balance expansion, profitability, and long-term shareholder value.
  • Work with franchisees to raise average unit volume (AUV) and unit profitability, improve operating consistency, and support new-location development.
  • Lead P&L performance and financial accountability, and regularly update the Board on results, growth, and strategic priorities.
  • Create scalable systems, processes, and organizational capabilities for responsible expansion in domestic and international markets.
  • Build a strong executive team, reinforce accountability, and sustain a collaborative culture.
  • Steward and develop the brand, using technology and innovation to improve customer experience and business performance.
  • Build effective relationships with the founder, Board, franchisee leaders, employees, and strategic advisors.
  • Build on the existing strategy while strengthening accountability and execution across the organization.

Cerințe

  • Substantial franchising experience across at least 100 locations, including improving franchisee performance, AUV, and unit profitability.
  • Experience scaling businesses through disciplined operations, franchise development, and effective business systems.
  • International expansion experience, including master franchise arrangements, is preferred.
  • Strong financial judgment, including experience managing $200 million in revenue, owning a P&L, and understanding the drivers of shareholder value.
  • Experience leading boards, shareholders, and senior leadership teams; capital-raising experience is an asset.
  • An engaging, approachable leadership style, strong emotional intelligence, and a commitment to building effective teams and culture.
  • A strong interest in sports, fitness, or other experience-driven consumer brands is preferred.
  • Ability to turn technology and innovation into meaningful commercial advantages.
  • Strong alignment with the company’s mission and commitment to its franchisees, customers, and communities.
