Support customer billing inquiries, payment processing, and account updates for Superloop’s internet connectivity business. Help maintain accurate billing operations while delivering clear, effective customer service.

Descriere

  • Handle customer questions about billing statements, charges, and payment information
  • Describe billing procedures, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing-related questions
  • Process credit card payments, direct debits, and other customer transactions
  • Record incoming payments accurately and without delay
  • Maintain customer billing addresses, contact information, and payment methods
  • Inform customers about scheduled payments, billing-policy updates, and other relevant changes
  • Keep complete records of billing activity, customer communications, and resolved issues
  • Follow applicable regulations, industry standards, and company policies in billing activities
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and strengthen billing processes and service quality

Cerințe

  • Open to school leavers with A/L studies in Commerce or Accounting, as well as candidates partly qualified in AAT, CIMA, ACCA, or CPA Foundation Level
  • Six months of internship or related work experience is advantageous
  • Able to handle high-volume work while meeting strict deadlines
  • Well-organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Capable of working productively both independently and within a team
  • Fluent English communication is required
