Apraksts

  • Oversee assigned client accounts, including complex engagements, to strengthen success, growth, satisfaction, and retention
  • Build trusted client partnerships while delivering strategic HR advice and practical value-added solutions
  • Counsel clients on compliance, business priorities, employee relations, legislation, benefits, wage and hour rules, and performance management
  • Interpret HR policies and promote best practices under employment laws across all 50 states
  • Coordinate with internal teams covering DE&I, compensation, EEO, payroll, FLSA administration, background screening, benefits, and Centers of Excellence
  • Evaluate HR metrics and statistics to inform recommended policies and activities
  • Lead training sessions for clients
  • Work with clients and Account Executives to define and advance HR objectives
  • Apply strategies for people management, organizational design, and leadership development
  • Record client engagements in management systems and databases
  • Coach and collaborate with HR Representatives, Data Support Specialists, HR Specialists, and Account Executives
  • Test internal tools and resources and share implementation feedback
  • Contribute to or lead project teams and focus groups
  • Provide training and professional development for internal partners and colleagues
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned processes, projects, or tools
  • Find opportunities to improve processes and strengthen collaboration across regions
  • Assist Sales teams during prospect meetings
  • Guide, negotiate with, and influence clients toward compliance and business objectives
  • Develop content and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Advise clients on Insperity and approved partner technologies

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least eight years of end-to-end HR operations experience, particularly in HR generalist, HR business partner, or HR manager positions
  • Experience supporting multi-state organizations with 500 or more employees
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization is preferred
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 30% by car, public transportation, or air
