People Partner at Immediate (Hybrid, London)

Advise leaders on HR, employee relations, people data and workplace culture. Support Immediate’s UK consumer media brands with inclusive initiatives and organisational change.

Apraksts

  • Partner with client groups to provide proactive, practical advice.
  • Report on people data, identify trends and risks, and turn findings into action.
  • Coach managers on performance, wellbeing, conflict resolution and organisational change.
  • Promote Immediate’s culture and values across teams.
  • Work with Talent, Learning and Development, Reward, EDI, Communications and Events colleagues.
  • Support organisational design, succession planning, engagement, team effectiveness and change initiatives.
  • Contribute to training, feedback sessions, surveys and policies that advance cultural change and inclusion.
  • Promote wellbeing programmes, mental health awareness, employee assistance, mental health champions and first aiders, flexible working and wellbeing tools.
  • Maintain company policies and procedures in line with employment law.

Prasības

  • Experience in an HR business partner or advisory role, ideally in a fast-paced commercial setting.
  • Sound understanding of UK employment law.
  • Able to handle employee relations matters, including performance, wellbeing, conflict resolution and change.
  • Comfortable analysing people data and using insights to inform decisions and strategy.
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills, with the confidence to guide and challenge managers at every level.
  • Excellent communicator who can build trust, explain complex issues clearly and adapt to different audiences.
  • Experience working across functions with Talent, Reward, Learning and Development, and EDI teams.
  • Proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Commitment to workplace culture, wellbeing and an inclusive, engaging environment.
  • Organisational design and change experience is desirable.
