  • Set the journal’s aims, scope, priorities, and formats.
  • Lead and manage the in-house editorial team.

  • Strong organizational, project management, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Extensive editorial experience is considered an asset.
