  • Ensure customers achieve agreed success outcomes
  • Increase product adoption and usage
  • Track customer health scores and risk signals
  • Identify gaps in realized customer value before they become issues
  • Own renewal readiness and forecasting
  • Address churn risks proactively
  • Lead quarterly and executive business reviews
  • Create and maintain documented customer success plans
  • Find expansion opportunities across seats, modules, and usage
  • Collaborate with Sales on upsell execution
  • Present additional use cases that increase customer value

Prasības

  • Relevant experience and proven ability to perform at the scope and level of this role
  • Strong communication, collaboration, judgment, and ownership of results
  • Experience with SaaS, ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or RUX’s customer industries is advantageous where relevant
