  • Experience providing a consistently high-quality customer experience
  • Confidence using digital customer service platforms to support customers in real time
  • Ability to navigate and troubleshoot common digital banking applications and mobile services with customers
  • Working knowledge of digital verification and identity-validation systems used during customer onboarding
  • Proficiency with digital payment tools including mobile wallets and online payments
  • Ability to resolve digital banking enquiries and help customers manage their accounts online
  • Willingness and ability to comply with internal procedures and external obligations, including Privacy, FSRA, and Underwriting Guidelines
