- Support a team culture that balances people, customer needs, risk management, and performance
- Follow internal policies, external obligations, and legislative requirements including Privacy, FSRA, and Underwriting Guidelines

- Confidence using digital customer service platforms to support customers in real time
- Ability to navigate and troubleshoot common digital banking applications and mobile services with customers
- Working knowledge of digital verification and identity-validation systems used during customer onboarding
- Proficiency with digital payment tools including mobile wallets and online payments
- Ability to resolve digital banking enquiries and help customers manage their accounts online
- Willingness and ability to comply with internal procedures and external obligations, including Privacy, FSRA, and Underwriting Guidelines
