Small Business Insurance Client Service Agent (Las Vegas, Hybrid)
Support small-business insurance customers with policy questions, applications, and inbound calls. This hybrid Las Vegas contract role is with TEKsystems.

- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, aiming to address issues in one call.
- Take inbound calls and follow up on online applications.
- Answer customer questions about policy coverage and billing, and clarify general policy details.
- Record customer interactions accurately and enter inbound leads promptly.
- Switch between calls, documentation, follow-ups, and multiple systems.
- Work with the team to support customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Reikalavimai
- Experience in customer service or a call center.
- Property and casualty experience is preferred.
- An active Property & Casualty license is required; it must cover general or commercial lines, not personal lines.
- Comfort handling inbound calls and using multiple systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Reliability and a team-oriented approach.
