Senior Technology Account Lead - Ryder, Colorado Remote

Lead technology account management for Ryder’s transportation and distribution systems serving automotive, aerospace, and industrial customers. Oversee IT relationships, projects, budgets, requirements, reporting, and critical escalations.

Aprašymas

  • Support accounts and applications across automotive, aerospace, and industrial customers
  • Support transportation management and distribution management technologies
  • Provide application and potential systems operations support for high-visibility accounts
  • Act as the primary liaison between customer accounts and IT
  • Complete financial reporting and forecasting
  • Prepare status reports
  • Manage change requests
  • Collect and define business and technical requirements
  • Coordinate across a matrix organization and involve the right teams at the right time
  • Represent the customer’s needs within the organization
  • Provide Severity 1 on-call coverage under the duty roster, typically one week every two months
  • Handle Severity 1 escalations 24x7x365 with a focus on root cause and corrective action
  • Control scope, schedules, and budgets for medium and large complex business startups involving multiple IT teams
  • Complete additional duties as assigned

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT management, supply chain management, computer science, engineering, accounting, or finance, or a high school diploma with equivalent experience in one of these disciplines
  • At least five years of account management or related experience
  • At least two years of automotive industry experience
  • At least two years of logistics or supply chain experience preferred
  • Broad knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Strong documentation skills for defining business requirements and scope
  • Ability to manage budgets from quotation through approval and execution
  • Sound understanding of SOP98 and account capitalization principles
  • Working knowledge of project management methods
  • Ability to create project plans using Microsoft technologies
  • Ability to manage project objectives to achieve on-time delivery
  • Ability to negotiate resource allocation and priorities
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills
  • Ability to develop long-term internal and external customer relationships
  • Ability to achieve results through influence
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and change requests concurrently preferred
  • PMI
  • Availability to respond to Severity 1 escalations 24x7x365 under the duty roster
  • Ability to meet applicable employment, education, motor vehicle, road test, badging, or customer background screening requirements
