Aprašymas

  • Support the Client Success and Engagement team in carrying out engagement strategies with employer alliances.
  • Build client engagement and awareness of the university’s mission, focus, and programs.
  • Handle daily activities and share insights on department workflows.
  • Coordinate the effective management and implementation of Client Success operations.
  • Work with department leaders to produce accurate pipeline and new student management reports.
  • Assist with student tracking, data entry, reporting, and related department procedures.
  • Keep activity records and task reports complete, accurate, and up to date in the client relationship management system.
  • Take on other duties as assigned or needed.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution, plus three years of customer service experience, including at least one year in an administrative role; or
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus seven years of customer service experience, including at least one year in an administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally, persuasively, and confidently by phone, virtually, by email, and in person.
  • Strong organization, planning, reporting, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning and development, industry trends, and post-secondary education trends is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Clearslide, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Outlook.
