- Set, analyze, and track measures for the department, section, or unit.
- Assess employee work and customer interactions through ride-alongs, sit-alongs, and file reviews.
- Supervise employees.

- A bodily injury claims professional with experience and readiness to progress into leadership.
- Experience managing complex bodily injury claims represented by attorneys.
- Expertise in claims, including operations and processing.
- Ability to coach and mentor colleagues.
- Conflict management skills.
- Experience supervising employees and managing teams.
- Leadership and negotiation skills.
- Availability during Pacific Time Zone business hours.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
