  • Own the complete recruiting process from sourcing through hire
  • Maintain candidate records and hiring activity in the Ashby applicant tracking system
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Support, Engineering, and G&A teams to recruit for US-based openings
  • Work with hiring managers across all levels to establish role responsibilities, qualifications, and required skills
  • Develop role-specific sourcing plans that prioritize passive talent
  • Evaluate and interview candidates, then present the strongest prospects to hiring managers
  • Coordinate offers with hiring managers, including compensation recommendations, approvals, and candidate closing
  • Handle additional duties related to the role as assigned

Талаптар

  • At least four years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system, preferably Ashby
  • Experience recruiting for US-based positions, ideally from an APAC or EMEA location
  • Availability to work US hours and collaborate with US-based hiring managers
  • Ability to identify passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies, tools, and channels
  • Ability to use AI tools for candidate sourcing, screening, and outreach development
  • Strong ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple searches
  • Adaptability as recruiting priorities shift
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive willingness to take on unassigned work
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Completion of identity verification and provision of a legal name, current physical location, valid contact number, and residential address as required by applicable local data privacy laws
