Lead end-to-end hiring for a portfolio of go-to-market roles, from defining the position to closing the offer.
Create and run tailored sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-assisted tools, and direct outreach.
Advise hiring managers and organizational leaders as a strategic recruiting partner.
Define role requirements, test assumptions, and keep searches moving as priorities change.
Provide candidates with clear communication and timely feedback throughout the process.
Monitor pipeline health, pinpoint candidate drop-offs, and report on hiring funnel progress.
Plan recruiting to meet headcount goals and contribute to the broader talent strategy.
Improve candidate assessments and structured interview practices.
Support employer branding and talent marketing through events, content, and community engagement.
Coordinate with People Ops on post-offer transitions, onboarding, relocations, and visa support.

At least five years of hands-on experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition.
Experience in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-moving environment is preferred.
Substantial hiring experience across go-to-market roles, including Account Executives, BDRs, Solutions Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Marketing.
Experience working with leaders throughout the recruitment process.
Regular use of AI tools in recruiting workflows.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and Google Workspace.
Ability to source candidates from recent graduates through senior professionals.
Expertise in behavioral and competency-based interviewing.
Ability to assess candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and potential.
Experience managing both high-volume hiring and specialized searches for niche roles.
Familiarity with hiring metrics such as time to hire, quality of hire, and source effectiveness.
B2B SaaS recruiting experience is preferred.
Familiarity with Ashby is preferred.
