  • Support long-term workforce planning and monitor emerging human resources trends
  • Help implement and administer employee programs, policies, and procedures
  • Assist with employee relations matters and related issues
  • Coordinate leave-of-absence programs and associated processes
  • Compile personnel records and prepare HR reports
  • Collaborate with Corporate Management and support departmental projects
  • Provide talent acquisition and recruitment support as needed
  • Coordinate payroll updates for hires, terminations, and benefits premium changes
  • Help employees understand personnel information, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor new benefit enrollments and enter enrollment information
  • Track completion of required company training
  • Administer the Educational/Training Assistance Program
  • Manage the HR email account and mailbox, responding promptly to employee information requests
  • Enter and verify employee information in Deltek Costpoint and ADP
  • Enter and maintain employee records in Fidelity
  • Provide guidance and coordination to ensure policies, procedures, and employment practices are applied consistently and effectively

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 7 years of progressive human resources experience
  • Demonstrated experience working as a senior HR generalist
  • Knowledge of core human resources policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of the Service Contract Act (SCA)
  • Required experience with the Deltek Costpoint HRIS
  • Ability to work independently across a broad range of HR projects
  • Ability to preserve confidentiality, exercise discretion, and protect private information
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience supporting recruitment and maintaining an applicant flow log
  • Knowledge of employment and labor laws
  • Strong understanding of employee relations procedures and applicable laws
  • Demonstrated consultative and employee coaching skills
  • Ability to listen closely, assess client needs and concerns, and develop tailored solutions
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Analytical problem-solving ability
  • Adaptability in a rapidly changing work environment
  • Previous government contracting experience preferred
  • PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
