- Partner with the Lead Artist and Creative Director to build a complex, immersive world
- Coordinate with Code, Level Design, and Animation to meet technical requirements
- Find and organise suitable reference materials
- Create distinctive, modular, game-ready 3D assets from concept art or references
- Optimise assets for their target platforms
- Mentor teammates and work with external partners to maintain a consistent style and quality
- Identify and resolve production problems
- Join during early development to establish the game’s world and tone

- Substantial experience as a skilled senior environment artist
- Experience shipping a third-person Unreal game for consoles is preferred
- Professional game development experience, including at least one shipped Unreal title
- Enthusiasm for narrative games and environmental storytelling
- Self-directed, proactive approach, strong communication, and ability to organise remote work
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Portfolio featuring realistic 3D modelling and texturing
- Portfolio showing PBR material workflows
- Portfolio demonstrating modular asset creation and world-building
- Strong grasp of colour and composition
- Advanced lighting skills, particularly with Lumen
- Examples showing workflows from beginning to end
- Expertise in Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop, and Unreal Engine
- Strong technical knowledge of current UE 5 tools, including Nanite, Lumen, and PCG
- A good grasp of current production processes is a plus
- Familiarity with Substance Designer is a plus
- Traditional art or graphic design skills are a plus
- Knowledge of creating and editing materials is a plus
- Familiarity with methods such as photogrammetry is a plus
- Experience working with external partners is a plus
