Senior Business Analyst, Commercial Lines Insurance (Massachusetts Remote)
Lead business analysis for a Commercial Lines insurance team by improving processes, data, and technology solutions. Own complex requirements, prototypes, testing, and cross-functional initiatives.

- Gather, develop, analyze, document, and communicate business needs and requirements
- Partner with technology and business organizations
- Assess assignment needs through direct engagement with management, leadership, technology teams, business stakeholders, and customers
- Analyze requirements and create specifications, storyboards, and prototypes for integrated solutions
- Support or lead highly complex business and technical processes across departments and lines of business
- Act as a subject matter expert and potentially lead projects with broad scope
- Provide technical expertise across business functions and understand relationships among business, data, and technology
- Manage the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of multiple business and technical requirements
- Facilitate planning and requirements-gathering sessions with business partners
- Build business-partner relationships and manage innovative solution development and implementation
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members on technical matters

- Define business needs, align them with priorities, and evaluate effects on other processes
- Advise business partners on options, technical constraints, risks, and cost-benefit considerations
- Oversee requirements documentation and participate in prototype development
- Collaborate with project managers through requirements, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance
- Support the development and execution of test cases and use cases
- Determine when automation is appropriate and assess its impact
- Participate in, facilitate, and lead project meetings and working sessions
- Support complex reports and reporting requirements
- Analyze and provide production support for complex or escalated issues
- Partner with technology development teams to deliver solutions
- Provide support during the warranty period as needed
