Sales Training and Development Manager – Germany Remote

Remote role supporting Antech’s German veterinary diagnostics sales organization through consultative selling training, field coaching, and commercial enablement. The position partners with sales and cross-functional leaders to strengthen capabilities and performance.

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training for Antech’s German field sales organization
  • Partner with German sales leadership, regional marketing, and enablement stakeholders within a matrixed structure
  • Develop consultative and value-based selling skills, a growth mindset, and a strong commercial performance culture
  • Adapt regional frameworks into training programs tailored to the German market
  • Set training priorities with German Sales Leadership to support commercial goals and capability development
  • Track veterinary industry trends, competitor activity, and innovations with Product Managers, Medical, Lab Operations, and other subject matter experts
  • Train representatives on prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, call planning, deal closing, value-based selling, portfolio knowledge, objection handling, and negotiation
  • Facilitate virtual classrooms, interactive workshops, individual sessions, and digital learning content
  • Develop simulations, role-plays, demonstrations, and sales materials that turn complex diagnostics into persuasive customer conversations
  • Provide field coaching through regular joint customer visits and observation, followed by actionable feedback
  • Give Sales Leaders coaching guides and reinforcement frameworks to support ongoing development
  • Create enablement tools for customer meetings
  • Measure training impact, skill adoption, commercial KPIs, and return on investment to improve learning programs
  • Handle additional sales enablement responsibilities as assigned to support business growth

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, education or learning and development, veterinary medicine, life sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 3 years of successful experience in sales training, commercial enablement, field sales management, or commercial excellence
  • Three to five or more years of experience in animal health, veterinary diagnostics, medical devices, human health, or life sciences is strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge and practical use of consultative, value-based, and solution-selling methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with and influence multiple stakeholders across regional and local commercial teams
  • Fluent or native-level German and professional written and spoken English
  • Excellent in-person and virtual presentation, classroom facilitation, and one-to-one field coaching abilities
  • Ability to create engaging learning materials, role-play exercises, and practical sales playbooks
  • Experience with modern learning management systems, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and virtual collaboration tools
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
