- Complete comprehensive training
- Join one of four MDS teams serving designated clients
- Call for 4–8 clients during an eight-hour workday using predictive dialing equipment
- Handle approximately 16–24 calls per hour, with about 20–30 seconds between calls
- Speak with donors and prospective donors using client-approved scripts
- Obtain financial donations on behalf of clients
- Meet minimum fundraising and productivity targets
