- At least six months of remote customer-service experience or one year of onsite customer-service experience
- Clear verbal communication and strong active-listening abilities
- Accurate data-entry skills and basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work across multiple systems while speaking with callers

- At least 8GB of RAM; 16GB recommended
