Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative at AAA in Texas
AAA seeks a Texas-based remote Insurance Customer Service Representative to support members by phone. The role involves recommending products, resolving issues, and using multiple systems in a fast-paced call center.

- Handle inbound calls and answer members’ questions about AAA memberships
- Provide personalized, proactive assistance while recommending relevant products and services
- Build rapport through clear communication and a friendly, solution-focused approach
- Investigate and resolve issues efficiently in a non-scripted call environment
- Use multiple systems and tools while listening actively and managing concurrent tasks
- Bring a positive, adaptable attitude to a fast-changing work environment
- Take part in continuing coaching and development to improve job performance
- Complete an approximately four-month training program conducted entirely online
- Work full-time for 40 hours weekly on scheduled weekday and Saturday shifts
- Handle live calls during Saturday bullpen and on-the-job training sessions

- Previous customer service experience
- Recent call center experience is preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and active listening communication abilities
- Ability to multitask while operating computer systems in real time
- Adaptable, flexible, and willing to embrace change
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background and drug screening checks
- Residence within the state of Texas
- Spanish fluency is advantageous
- A dedicated, quiet workspace free from interruptions
- Direct Ethernet connection to an internet service provider; DSL, satellite, and hotspots are not permitted
- Modem and router located in the same room as the computer equipment
- Internet service with at least 50–100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
- Ability to maintain productivity and confidentiality while working remotely
- Regular participation in virtual team meetings and training
- Availability during standard business hours, with flexibility for potential shift changes
