Administer employee health, retirement, spending, savings, life insurance, and disability plans in line with plan documents.
Provide benefits expertise, training, and support to the HR Service Center and HR teams.
Address complex benefits questions and escalated cases.
Review benefits administration workflows and suggest ways to improve them.
Oversee and report benefit deductions, 401(k) contributions, and payroll transactions for savings plans.
Coordinate open enrollment, including carrier setup, plan updates, employee communications, testing, and data checks.
Work with HRIS to keep benefits enrollment systems and reports accurate.
Direct benefits communications and outreach campaigns.
Maintain benefits procedures and employee information on the intranet.
Work with the Benefits Director to assess plan offerings against trends, benchmarks, and employee feedback.
Meet ERISA, ACA, and COBRA requirements, including notices, disclosures, and reports.
Contribute to other Benefits and HR programs and special projects.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
Three to five years of benefits administration experience covering processes, reporting, communications, and plan support.
At least two years of practical experience with HRIS and benefits enrollment systems; Workday experience is preferred.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Able to prioritize work and make sound decisions using good judgment.
Demonstrates confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex details concisely.
Careful and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet key deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel features such as pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas.
