  • Manage client accounts across service delivery and profit and loss
  • Serve as the operational contact for clients, coordinating action plans with clients and head office
  • Maintain delivery quality, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Review intra-day and intra-week trends, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Develop processes and systems that support account growth
  • Manage account revenue, costs, and margins
  • Plan and forecast weekly delivery volumes, staffing, and labour requirements
  • Use operational data to identify cost-saving measures and investment opportunities
  • Present operational and financial results to the Country Manager
  • Lead and supervise dispatchers, lead drivers, and drivers
  • Coach managers and support their progression into larger roles
  • Deliver employee recognition and communication initiatives
  • Share effective practices across shifts and sites

Талаптар

  • At least four years of direct management experience in logistics, distribution, or a comparable operational environment
  • Experience managing a profit-and-loss statement or budget for a client account, contract, or site
  • Experience working directly with clients on service delivery and performance
  • Experience tracking performance, improving processes, and applying Lean techniques
  • Experience managing the complete staffing cycle, including interviewing and performance management
  • Willingness to work extended hours when operational needs require it and to travel
  • At least three years of last-mile delivery experience preferred
  • Six Sigma qualification or experience desirable
  • Data-driven approach to operational decision-making
  • Degree in logistics, management, operations management, or a related discipline preferred
