  • Troubleshoot software applications and systems supporting Applied Materials equipment while coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Analyze High Value Problems (HVPs), systemic defects, and software failures to determine root causes and implement solutions
  • Assist customers through the Software Ticketing System with clear, timely technical support
  • Prepare recurring status updates and reports on critical customer software issues for relevant stakeholders
  • Create, test, validate, and release Software Change Notifications (SCNs) and Key Feature Procedures (KFPs)
  • Maintain customer-oriented documentation for software features and functionality released externally
  • Participate in reviews covering software specifications, design, testing, and documentation
  • Help onboard and develop junior engineers through technical coaching, knowledge sharing, and product operations training
  • Contribute to software capability and application projects that enhance product performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience
  • Travel within the country and internationally to support escalations, training, deployments, and other business requirements
