Provide software support for Applied Materials semiconductor equipment in Hsinchu. Diagnose complex issues, deliver software changes, and assist customers and global stakeholders.
विवरण
- Troubleshoot software applications and systems supporting Applied Materials equipment while coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Analyze High Value Problems (HVPs), systemic defects, and software failures to determine root causes and implement solutions
- Assist customers through the Software Ticketing System with clear, timely technical support
- Prepare recurring status updates and reports on critical customer software issues for relevant stakeholders
- Create, test, validate, and release Software Change Notifications (SCNs) and Key Feature Procedures (KFPs)
- Maintain customer-oriented documentation for software features and functionality released externally
- Participate in reviews covering software specifications, design, testing, and documentation
- Help onboard and develop junior engineers through technical coaching, knowledge sharing, and product operations training
- Contribute to software capability and application projects that enhance product performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience
- Travel within the country and internationally to support escalations, training, deployments, and other business requirements

- Ability to contribute to software specification, design, testing, and documentation reviews
- Clear communication skills for explaining complex technical topics to varied audiences
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to provide technical coaching, share knowledge, support onboarding, and mentor colleagues
