Enterprise Service Desk Support Technician
Provide Tier I and II endpoint support for MANTECH’s defense operations, working onsite in Doral, Florida. The role covers Active Directory, ServiceNow ticketing, troubleshooting, and escalated IT incidents.

- Provide Tier I and II technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems with enterprise desktop workstations and peripherals.
- Use remote desktop management tools to inspect and configure user systems and restore their operational capability.
- Log, prioritize, track, and document user incidents, service requests, and technical outages in enterprise ticketing platforms.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, domain permissions, and access request workflows in Active Directory.
- Work with technical teams, systems administrators, and network engineers to resolve escalated IT incidents.
- Maintain IT service management documentation, remote resolution knowledge bases, and operational metrics.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen remote support workflows and user satisfaction.

- High school diploma or GED and at least five years of progressively responsible IT service desk or remote desktop support experience; or an associate degree and at least three years of relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and at least one year of relevant experience.
- Experience providing remote technical support, using remote desktop control applications, and troubleshooting endpoint devices.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration, Windows operating systems, software installation, and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- IAT Level II certification, such as CompTIA Security+.
- AZ-104 or MD-102 certification within three months of starting.
- Current, active Top Secret security clearance.
- Prior experience supporting U.S. Military Command operations, Joint Operations Centers, or Department of Defense enterprise service desks.
- Familiarity with secure remote management tools, VPN troubleshooting, and automated patch management deployment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary technical teams in fast-paced operational settings.
- Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time.
- Occasional movement within the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and similar items.
- Frequent communication with coworkers, management, and customers, including presentations, with the ability to exchange accurate information.
