  • Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital acquisition and loan servicing across personal loans and HELOCs.
  • Bring AI agents and tools into digital customer experiences.
  • Guide cross-functional product squads and provide hands-on technical product leadership during critical delivery phases.
  • Create consistent digital flows for onboarding, loan origination, automated decisions, document collection, and servicing.
  • Connect self-service journeys smoothly with support from human teams.
  • Use customer behavior and funnel data to improve conversion, self-service loan management, referrals, cross-selling, and refinancing.
  • Broaden omnichannel engagement through AI tools and integrations.
  • Work with Engineering, Marketing, Enterprise Product Management, Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Operations.
  • Coach and support Product Managers in their development.
  • Create career paths and raise execution standards across the department.
  • Lead through clear communication, cross-team alignment, focused delivery, accountability, and capability building.

  • At least 10 years of product management experience delivering complex digital products for consumers.
  • At least 3–5 years in product leadership.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer lending, including personal loans, mortgages or HELOCs, or debt consolidation and acceleration.
  • Hands-on experience with loan origination systems, servicing platforms, digital underwriting, and credit bureau integrations.
  • A track record of combining fragmented product flows into a seamless digital experience with effective cross-selling.
  • Strong technical skills, including reviewing API documentation, contributing to architecture discussions, writing detailed specifications, and leading technical delivery squads.
  • Experience with digital, phone, SMS, email, and AI engagement channels.
  • A strong grasp of lending compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to use product analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization methods.
  • A record of steady, trusted leadership, focused and agile execution, accountability, and developing people and capabilities.
  • For remote roles, must be located in an approved PST, MST, or CST location; hybrid roles are available in the Phoenix, AZ and San Francisco, CA metro areas.
  • H-1B visa transfer or sponsorship and STEM OPT visa support are not available.
