  • Respond to client billing questions by phone and email with prompt, tailored support.
  • Manage the billing inbox and phone line, meeting department guidelines and service standards.
  • Own inquiries through resolution and coordinate timely, accurate follow-up with teammates.
  • Stay up to date on billing processes, policies, and system changes to support accurate service.
  • Track recurring issues, suggest process improvements, and provide backup for the Billing Specialist when needed.
  • Take on other duties as assigned.

Талаптар

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience as a Billing Specialist.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Availability for overtime and a flexible schedule as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills focused on a positive client experience.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in stressful or conflicting situations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • A curious approach to troubleshooting, finding root causes, and recommending solutions.
