Description

  • Oversee recruitment for engineering and technology positions
  • Work with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and shape effective hiring strategies
  • Define recruitment needs with hiring managers and create role-specific job descriptions
  • Identify candidates through job boards, social platforms, and professional networks
  • Screen, interview, and assess applicants for skills and role suitability
  • Coordinate the complete hiring process while maintaining a positive candidate experience
  • Develop and sustain a talent pipeline for upcoming recruitment needs
  • Coach and develop junior members of the recruitment team
  • Monitor hiring metrics and communicate progress to management
  • Keep current with recruitment trends and established industry practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline
  • At least five years of recruitment experience, ideally in a senior or specialized position
  • Thorough understanding of recruitment practices and market trends in engineering and technology
  • Demonstrated success identifying and attracting qualified candidates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience independently managing the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Fluent English is strongly preferred
  • Background in engineering or technology recruitment is a significant advantage
