Senior Manager, Clinical Implementation & Partner Success (Remote)

Lead clinical implementation, go-live training, and partner success for Auris Practice Solutions’ audiology services. Oversee onboarding, workflows, KPIs, and relationships with healthcare practices.

Description

  • Own Clinical Operations throughout the partner lifecycle, from discovery and implementation through go-live and ongoing support
  • Join discovery calls with prospective practices to assess structure, staffing, patient demand, workflows, technology, and implementation needs
  • Advise on integrating Auris service models and identify workflow, staffing, scheduling, and training requirements
  • Support prospective partner recruitment and development through outreach, relationship building, and follow-up
  • Record and communicate discovery findings, risks, and next steps
  • Lead Clinical Operations activities for new partner clinic implementations, including kickoffs and recurring cross-functional meetings
  • Create and manage onboarding and training schedules for remote audiologists, Clinical Assistants, and other clinic staff
  • Monitor Clinical Operations deliverables and coordinate follow-up or escalation for readiness risks, delays, and barriers
  • Participate in clinical personnel interviews and selection while providing structured onboarding and readiness feedback
  • Create individualized onboarding plans and track e-learning, shadowing, simulation, and validation activities
  • Coordinate remote audiologist schedules in MaestroFusion™ and other scheduling platforms
  • Deliver and facilitate approved virtual and onsite training programs
  • Facilitate Clinical Assistant skills validation and simulation sessions with remote audiologists
  • Lead onsite training, workflow validation, and the operational aspects of go-live
  • Recommend implementation readiness decisions to the Vice President of Clinical Operations
  • Act as the Clinical Operations contact for assigned partner practices
  • Contribute to recurring business reviews and prepare or support Clinical Operations, utilization, and KPI reporting
  • Set operational and service KPIs with clinic leadership, establish benchmarks or targets, and monitor results
  • Support continuing education, refresher training, and regular Clinical Operations check-ins
  • Complete assigned workflow, documentation, implementation, and quality audits
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Credentialing, Licensing, Human Resources, Information Technology, Scheduling, and Sales/Business Development
  • Prepare or update procedures, checklists, and implementation tools for approval

Requirements

  • At least seven years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, practice administration, clinical operations, healthcare implementation, training, partner management, or a related discipline
  • Proven ability to lead teams, workflows, or complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
  • Background in healthcare or practice operations, including workflow design, process improvement, staff leadership, implementation, onboarding, training, or readiness work
  • Experience collaborating directly with healthcare leaders, clinicians, and frontline personnel
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities, projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
  • Experience using operational or clinical performance data to create, track, and communicate KPIs with practice or healthcare leaders
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy obligations in clinical or telehealth environments
  • Strong writing, communication, facilitation, presentation, relationship management, and documentation skills, with reliable follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, videoconferencing tools, learning management systems, project-tracking platforms, and electronic clinical systems
  • Willingness and ability to travel about 40% of the time, including overnight trips
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Preferred: bachelor's or advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, clinical operations, audiology, education, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Preferred experience as a practice administrator, practice manager, or healthcare operations leader in a physician practice or multisite healthcare organization
  • Preferred experience in ENT, audiology, hearing healthcare, telehealth, remote care, or another specialty-practice setting
  • Preferred experience with new clinic launches, service-line implementations, practice integrations, or healthcare technology adoption
  • Preferred Doctor of Audiology degree, audiology license, or clinical audiology experience
