Senior Learning Measurement and Analytics Lead — Brazil (Remote)

Description
- Lead the organization’s learning measurement and analytics strategy in line with business goals and performance outcomes
- Set and maintain evaluation standards for learning programs, covering data collection, measurement frameworks, and reporting
- Keep measurement and analytics practices aligned with internal policies, governance requirements, regulations, and privacy standards
- Review methodologies, data collection, reporting workflows, and analytical outputs for compliance and quality
- Create scalable evaluations of behavior change, business impact, and learning effectiveness using Kirkpatrick Levels 3 and 4 and Phillips ROI
- Develop and oversee learning analytics infrastructure and platforms such as Performativ and Qualtrics
- Connect learning data with operational, talent, and business performance measures
- Lead ROI analyses and advanced evaluation projects
- Plan and deliver structured evaluations, pilots, controlled experiments, and outcome studies
- Set evaluation methods, sampling plans, comparison groups, and success measures
- Apply statistical analysis using SPSS, Python, R, or comparable tools
- Produce dashboards, scorecards, and reports for executive audiences
- Turn complex analytical results into recommendations and business insights for senior leaders and stakeholders
- Create consistent terminology and standards for measurement and reporting
- Work with stakeholders to establish success measures, evaluation plans, and business impact objectives
- Advise on measurement design, data collection, and interpretation of analytical results
- Create reusable tools, templates, frameworks, and best practices
- Perform external benchmarking and research
- Strengthen organizational capability through coaching, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder education
- Encourage leaders and business partners to apply data, evidence, and measurement in decision-making
Requirements
- Background in learning analytics, people analytics, organizational research, industrial/organizational psychology, or measurement-focused learning and development
- Proven experience designing and delivering advanced evaluations, business impact assessments, and ROI analyses
- Deep knowledge of learning measurement approaches, including Kirkpatrick Levels 3 and 4, Phillips ROI, and outcome-based evaluation
- Experience building analytics infrastructure, measurement platforms, and automated reporting solutions
- Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms
- Strong understanding of research design, statistical methods, experimental design, sampling, and data interpretation
- Experience linking learning data with business performance, operational, and workforce measures
- Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities, including translating complex analysis into executive insights and recommendations
